What is CC cream?CC cream stands for "colour-correcting" cream. It is light-weight in texture which is designed to - you guessed it - colour correct. You can use a CC cream on its own and to even out skin tone or as a base to other foundations. Our CC cream is specifically designed to colour correct redness.

How is A-yo different to other CC creams? Our CC cream has been specially designed to include green pigments which work to neutralise the redness and blends effortlessly into your natural skin-tone. It is a light-weight product that helps to even out minor imperfections for a flawless complexion. As this is a product designed for Asian skin, it works best on light to medium skin tones.

How often do I have to apply the anti-redness CC cream? We love our CC cream as a light-weight foundation alternative, as well as to cover any redness associated with alcohol (or other causes). Apply an even layer on your face by dabbing with your fingers for best results or using a blender. You may find that you will need to re-apply as necessary throughout the day or night depending on the intensity of the redness.
-
Will the anti-redness CC cream cover my redness completely? Results will vary from person to person and depending on how extreme the redness is. Our aim is to minimise the effects of redness as much as possible but it may be possible that it is not completely covered.

Why would I use the CC cream instead of Pepcid or patches? Our product is not designed to prevent the effects of Asian flush/glow or to pump anything into your body. The anti-redness CC cream is a colour-correcting cream to reduce any cosmetic redness - we do not get rid of any other side-effects associated with alcohol flushing. We definitely do not condone excessive alcohol consumption, so if you have real trouble with processing alcohol then we recommend not drinking.
